The information provided will be used to assess the applicant's suitability for lease approval, verify identity and income, and communicate with the applicant regarding the application. The information will be stored securely and handled in accordance with applicable privacy obligations.

Sharing and retention

Information supplied on this form is retained for the period necessary to process the application and to comply with legal obligations. Any supporting documents provided are stored securely and are only accessed by authorised personnel for the purposes of application processing.

Verification and authorised disclosure

Information may be verified with employers, landlords, agents or references where necessary to assess the application and where permitted by applicable law. Information will not be disclosed for unrelated purposes without appropriate authority.
